  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 120 ml fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)

    Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix until well coated.
