- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 120 ml fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)

1Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix until well coated.~3 min
