High Protein Chicken Fried Rice Burritos

- 4 whole low-calorie wrap
- 4 tbsp pickled onions
- 2 stalks green onion (chopped)

- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
fried-rice
- 150 g mixed vegetables
- 2 whole eggs
- 400 g cooked rice (leftover/cold)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 2 tbsp light mayo
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp lime juice
Steps

1Season chicken with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until the color changes.~3 min

2Add olive oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken for 8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.~8 min

3In the same pan, add mixed veg and cook for a minute before adding two eggs. Keep stirring until scrambled.~3 min
