Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp pickled onions
  • 2 stalks green onion (chopped)

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
fried-rice
  • 150 g mixed vegetables
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 400 g cooked rice (leftover/cold)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp lime juice

    Season chicken with paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix until the color changes.

    Add olive oil to a hot pan and cook the chicken for 8 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
