Low Calorie Garlic Parmesan Fries
Crispy low-calorie garlic parmesan fries at only 276 calories, baked in the oven without any deep frying. The potato fries are seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, parmesan and corn flour, then baked until golden and crispy. Served with a light sriracha yogurt dipping sauce.

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 20 g parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 spray cooking spray
- 0.5 tsp salt
garnish
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
sauce
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fat-free yogurt
- 1 tsp sriracha
