  • 25 g parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 60 ml pasta water

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil

    Season steaks with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    For the creamy sauce, blend low-fat milk, light cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, oregano, salt, chili flakes, and pasta water until completely smooth.
