  • 1 tbsp light mayo
  • 20 g fresh coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
rice
  • 50 g onion (sliced)
  • 80 g bell peppers (sliced)
  • 80 g uncooked rice (washed)
  • 160 ml water

    Slice chicken breast into strips. Season with oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.
