- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 squeeze lime juice (freshly squeezed)
green sauce
- 1 whole avocado
- 100 g low-fat yogurt
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic

1Cube the chicken breast then season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime juice. Mix well until the color changes.Tip: If the color doesn't change, it's not well seasoned.~3 min

2Blend avocado, low-fat yogurt, fresh parsley, garlic, lime juice, salt, and a splash of water until completely smooth and creamy to make the green sauce.~3 min
