  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tsp chili garlic paste
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 stalks green onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium red onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium bell pepper (sliced)

    In a bowl, combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic paste, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and water. Mix well.

    Heat a pan on high heat and cook the beef for 6 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, add half the sauce and green onions. Mix and cook until golden and crispy.
