  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
sauce
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
  • 3 stalks green onion (sliced)
  • 1 medium red onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

    Slice beef into thin strips and add light soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and corn flour. Mix and marinate.

    Cook the marinated beef on high heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Set aside.

    Add chopped garlic, green onion, and red onion to the pan. Cook until fragrant, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a light bubble, then add cornstarch and let it thicken.
