- 0.25 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp corn flour

- 4 cloves fresh garlic (chopped)
- 3 stalks green onion (sliced)
- 1 medium red onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Steps

1Slice beef into thin strips and add light soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and corn flour. Mix and marinate.Tip: Baking soda tenderizes the beef strips.~10 min
