  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
rice
  • 1 whole onion (chopped)
  • 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 200 g basmati rice (uncooked)
  • 400 ml water
