mint sauce
- 200 g fat-free yogurt
- 15 g fresh mint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
rice
- 1 whole onion (chopped)
- 1 whole bell pepper (chopped)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 200 g basmati rice (uncooked)
- 400 ml water

1Cut chicken into cubes and add garlic, paprika, parsley, turmeric, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and low-fat yogurt. Mix well and thread onto skewers.~10 min
