- 200 g basmati rice (uncooked)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 60 g shredded lettuce
- 80 g sweet corn
- 80 g black beans (canned, drained)
- 1 whole lime (cut into wedges) optional

- 200 g mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onion — chopped)
Steps
