  • 250 g chicken breast (cut into small pieces)
  • 60 g onion (finely diced)
  • 100 g courgette (zucchini) (finely diced)
  • 4 whole bell peppers (halved and deseeded)

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 20 g pickled jalapenos optional
  • 30 g low-fat cheese (shredded)

    Cut chicken into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.

    In a hot pan, add finely diced onion and courgette with the same seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
