High Protein Chicken Teriyaki Fried Rice

Ingredients

- 500 g chicken breast (cubed)
chicken marinade
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
fried rice
- 4 whole eggs
- 80 g onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger (minced)
- 80 g carrots (diced)
- 60 g peas
- 60 g bean sprouts optional
- 400 g cooked leftover rice
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 20 g green onion (chopped)
teriyaki sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 60 ml water
- 1 tsp cornflour (cornstarch)
Steps

1Cube chicken and marinate with soy sauce, all-purpose seasoning, and olive oil until the color changes.~3 min

2Mix light soy sauce, honey, fresh garlic, water, and cornflour to make the teriyaki sauce. Set aside.~2 min

3Scramble eggs in a hot pan until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.~3 min

4In the same pan, cook the chicken for 8 minutes until golden brown. Add teriyaki sauce and let it thicken. Set the chicken aside.~10 min
