Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 200 g Blended cottage cheese (blended smooth)
  • 100 ml Milk
Mashed Potatoes
  • 600 g Potatoes (thick chunks)
  • 20 g Light butter
  • 40 g Cream cheese (light)
  • 80 ml Warm milk
Steak
  • 500 g Steak (cubed)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley (dried)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 20 g Light butter
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes

    Slice steaks into cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and olive oil. Mix until well coated.

    Slice potatoes into thick chunks. Boil in cold water for 12 to 14 minutes until fork tender. Steam for 5 minutes then mash until smooth.

    Add light butter, cream cheese, warm milk, salt, pepper, and garlic to the mashed potatoes. Mix until completely smooth and fluffy.

    Cook steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy. Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, chili flakes, and parsley. Mix well, then set the beef aside.

    In the same pan add smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, mustard, and lots of garlic. Mix and cook for 5 minutes until fragrant, then add blended cottage cheese and milk. Stir until completely smooth and creamy.
