High Protein Mongolian Beef Noodles
Tender, crispy Mongolian-style beef slices coated in a rich oyster and soy sauce glaze, served with noodles and a cornstarch-thickened sauce. All for 471 calories and much better than takeout. Perfect for four servings of meal prep.

- 500 g lean beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- black pepper
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornflour
sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 1 medium red onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with water)
Steps

1Slice beef into thin strips. Add light soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and cornflour. Mix and marinate.Tip: Baking soda velvets the beef, making it extra tender.

2Cook on high heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy. Set the beef aside.~6 min

3In the same pan, add chopped garlic, green onion, and red onion. Cook until fragrant.~2 min

4Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a light bubble.

5Add cornstarch mixture and let the sauce thicken.

6Add the beef back in with green onion and cooked noodles. Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
