- 1 tbsp corn flour

- 0.5 tsp chili flakes optional
- 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

- 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 3 stalks green onion (chopped)
- 0.5 medium red onion (sliced)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp corn starch (mixed with water)
