  • 150 g mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 300 g cooked rice (leftover/day-old)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
salmon
  • 300 g salmon fillet (cubed)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornflour

    Season salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, and cornflour. Mix well.
    Tip: Cornflour creates a crispy coating without needing excess oil.
