High Protein Crispy Salmon Fried Rice

- 150 g mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 2 whole eggs
- 300 g cooked rice (leftover/day-old)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 300 g salmon fillet (cubed)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornflour
Steps

1Season salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, soy sauce, and cornflour. Mix well.Tip: Cornflour creates a crispy coating without needing excess oil.

2Cook the salmon on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
