Ingredients

  • 300 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried basil
  • 0.25 tsp red chili flakes optional
  • salt
sauce
  • 120 ml low-fat milk
  • 60 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 20 g parmesan (grated)
  • 1 handful fresh spinach

    Cut chicken into cubes and marinate with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, basil, red chili flakes, and salt. Mix until well combined.
