- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp dried basil
- 0.25 tsp red chili flakes optional

- 120 ml low-fat milk
- 60 g low-fat cream cheese
- 20 g parmesan (grated)
- 1 handful fresh spinach
