  • 100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha optional

  • 400 g chicken breast (halved)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)
rice
  • 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric

    Cut chicken breast in half and marinate with olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.

    On medium heat, add uncooked rice, season with turmeric, paprika, and cumin. Lightly toast, then add water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until cooked.
