Healthy Chicken and Rice Bowl

- 100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp yogurt sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha optional

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt
- 0.5 lemon lemon juice (squeezed)

- 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
Steps

1Cut chicken breast in half and marinate with olive oil, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.~5 min

2On medium heat, add uncooked rice, season with turmeric, paprika, and cumin. Lightly toast, then add water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until cooked.~20 min
