A healthy and delicious chicken egg fried rice that's one of the best weight loss meals. Cubed marinated chicken is cooked golden brown, then combined with scrambled eggs, mixed vegetables, green onions, and leftover rice seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • 250 g chicken breast (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 150 g mixed vegetables
  • 2 stalks green onion (chopped)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 200 g cooked rice (leftover cooked rice)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
chicken marinade
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

    Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and soy sauce. Mix well.

    Get a pan on high heat and cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.

    In the same pan, add mixed veg and green onion and let it brown. Add eggs and keep stirring until scrambled, then mix it all together.

    Tip: Day-old leftover rice works best for fried rice texture.
