- 150 g mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
stir-fry
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 1 large bell pepper (sliced)
- 100 g pineapple chunks
sweet and sour sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)

1Season chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, corn flour, and baking powder. Mix well until coated.~5 min
