Ingredients

  • 2 whole whole eggs
  • 0.5 cup egg whites
  • 0.25 cup almond milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
filling
  • 60 g low-fat cream cheese
  • 60 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp low-sugar strawberry jam
  • 100 g fresh strawberries (sliced)
topping
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

    Mix two whole eggs, half a cup of egg whites, quarter cup of almond milk, vanilla extract, and a dash of cinnamon until bubbles form.

    Get some wholemeal bread and let it soak up the egg mixture.

    Get a pan on medium heat. Cook the bread for 2 minutes then flip until golden.
