Ingredients

chicken
  • 500 g chicken breast (cubed)
potatoes
  • 400 g potatoes (sliced)
sauce
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 20 g parmesan cheese (grated)
seasoning
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
topping
  • 40 g shredded mozzarella (shredded)

Steps

    Cube the chicken and season with fresh garlic, onion powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika, salt and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Slice potatoes and season with salt, garlic, mixed herbs, chili flakes, paprika and olive oil. Mix well, then oven bake or air fry until crispy.

    Cook the chicken on high heat for 5 minutes, then lower the heat and add milk, light cream cheese, parmesan and extra seasoning.
