Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g potatoes (cut into small cubes)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 whole onion (chopped)
  • 100 g mushrooms (chopped)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 60 g light cream cheese
  • 20 g Parmesan (grated)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g cheddar cheese (grated)

    Cut steak into small cubes. Season with fresh garlic, Himalayan salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Mix well until the color changes.
