  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 120 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with water)
