  • 80 g Light cream cheese
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 50 ml Pasta water (reserved)
Pasta
  • 320 g Cooked pasta (cooked al dente)
Steak
  • 500 g Steak (cubed)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Parsley (dried)
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 25 g Light butter
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese (grated)

    Slice steaks into cubes. Season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, and olive oil. Mix until the color changes.

    Cook the steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy. Lower the heat, add more butter, fresh garlic, and Parmesan. Mix until well coated, then set the beef aside.
