- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes

- 0.5 lemon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Spicy Sauce
- 60 g Low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 clove Fresh garlic (minced)
- 5 g Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
Wrap
- 1 piece Low calorie tortilla wrap
- 30 g Shredded lettuce
- 1 small Tomato (chopped)
- 0.25 medium Onion (chopped)
