  • 150 g Chicken breast (sliced into strips)
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 0.5 lemon Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Spicy Sauce
  • 60 g Low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 clove Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 5 g Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Wrap
  • 1 piece Low calorie tortilla wrap
  • 30 g Shredded lettuce
  • 1 small Tomato (chopped)
  • 0.25 medium Onion (chopped)

    Slice chicken into strips. Add fresh garlic, oregano, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and squeeze of lemon. Mix well.

    Cook the chicken on medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown.
